Collection of data and purpose of the processing
For the purposes of the Spanish Data Protection Act (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, hereinafter, the “LOPD”), as well as Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, approving the regulations implementing the LOPD (hereinafter, the “RDLOPD”), we hereby inform you that the personal data you provide to us though any form on this website as well as those you provide to us in the future will be incorporated into a data file owned by IMS and maintained under its responsibility. The purpose of that file is to manage the relationship of IMS with the users of the website and provide them with the requested information, as well as to keep them informed about our or third-party products, offers and promotions that may be of interest to them, using for this the email address or other contact data provided by the users in the corresponding registration form, via any means of communication including but not limited to sending commercial messages via SMS, email and the postal service.
By providing his/her data the user expressly consents to the use thereof for the described purposes and undertakes to guarantee that the information and data he/she gives by virtue of using this website are true and authentic. In this respect, it is the obligation of the users to keep the information and data updated so that they reflect reality at all times. Any false or inaccurate representations occurring as a result of the information and data stated, as well as the damage that information may cause to IMS, will be the responsibility of the users.
IMS undertakes in its use of the data included in the file to respect the confidentiality thereof and to use them in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as to fulfil its obligation to save them and adopt all technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the personal data and to prevent unauthorised alteration, loss, processing or access, in accordance with the provisions of the RDLOPD.

» No commercial and/or advertising comments unrelated to IM Solutions or to the companies of the group it is part of, Liberto Group, will be published.
» Care should be taken to write the comments clearly and properly.
»The details provided by the user (name, company and email address) will fall under the protection of the Administrator of the Blog; the user will have to approach the Administrator of the Blog, in the event the user wishes to take action regarding them or anything that has been published, through the email firstname.lastname@example.org These data will be used exclusively for the proper functioning of the Blog and to establish a channel for contact that informs users about the latest posts and comments published (optional). In no case will they be published or used for commercial purposes.
In accordance with the LOPD, the user may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and/or objection relating to his/her personal data at any time, by writing to the following email address: email@example.com , or to the registered office of IMS located at calle Isabel Colbrand no. 22, 28050 (Madrid). To be able to process the application to exercise rights, the user’s identity will have to be verified, and therefore the application must include the name and surname/s, the request in which the application is specified, the address for notification purposes, the date and the user’s signature, as well as a photocopy of the user’s national ID document or another valid identification document. Exercising these rights will not affect access to the web page in any way.
